Alec Rusty Baldwin Plays Biden Card

Alec Baldwin plays “Biden Card” by blaming others for his own misdeeds, this time, for fatal shooting of colleague on “Rust” set. He’s suing crew members for their handing him loaded gun he could also have checked. Checkmate?

To be fair after all, Baldwin is just an actor who might try to sound brilliant when he espouses his progressive political views for pr purposes, but in reality can’t grasp that even a pistol with blanks can hurt a person who gets in its way. But, Baldwin, or at least his butt-covering lawyers as reported by WSJ, now say it was the “negligence” of the film’s armorer, first assistant director and others who “put a loaded weapon in his hand.”

Ok. If THEY were negligent wasn’t HE? Or, is there an affirmative defense for ignorance if not you know what?
