Biden Bolloxes Israel Nuke Advice
Truman conceded “The buck stops” at his desk, but it stopped at Joe Biden’s spleen in warning Israel not to touch Iran’s nuke program. Prof. Dershowitz called it foolish & Trump said “hit” ‘em where the buck hurts most. Gen. Sherman would’ve agreed with D & T.
Said Dershowitz on his podcast: “This is the perfect time to mount an attack on Iran’s [nearly completed] nuclear weapons arsenal program …” Even though “President Biden vowed to never let Iran have a nuclear bomb, here he is [essentially] allowing it … [And] he does it PUBLICLY while calling for a “proportionate response” … [Yet, the reality is] when you respond to aggression proportionately it encourages further aggression.”
Meanwhile, speaking at a campaign event in Fayetteville, North Carolina, former President Trump agreed, saying, “I think [Biden] got that one wrong. Isn’t the nuclear stuff what you’re supposed to hit? [Especially since] nuclear proliferation is the “biggest risk we have” and Iran is reportedly “so close to having a bomb to use” against the country he’s vowed to annihilate? In a Fox News interview, Mr. Trump added in advising Israel, “Hit the nuclear first, worry about the rest later.” In that vein, former deputy director of national intelligence Kash Patel, explained: “Iran launched a war into Israel, so to say that the Israelis who are defending themselves & our hostages shouldn’t attack sites in Iran that could kill them – especially when you’re the one who gave Iran $7 billion as a commander in chief & then allowed them to acquire nuclear materials – is wildly political.” As Gen. Tecumseh Sherman was even more blunt in unapologetically saying during the American Civil War, “The crueler war is the sooner it will be over.” Joe? Joe?
