Biden’s Covid Test Mandate To Test People’s Patience?

Reports are Biden’s rule mandating free COVID testing will take weeks to implement because it caught providers & distributors by surprise & may never be successful since the logistical rabbit hole it seeks to close is bigger than Texas.
