The WSJ says Mr. Biden’s very own Stash Scandal, no matter how his handlers spin it, constitutes a “sauce for the gander moment that makes charging Trump [for his own indiscretion] much harder.” It all started last Monday as CBS broke the news that, days before the mid-term elections, “roughly 10” documents with classification markings were found among Biden’s vp files in a private office he once used. Curiously, the WH lawyers and Justice didn’t seem to think it was important enough to break the news to the public before the polls opened and we’re to believe the FBI and a federal prosecutor is now investigating. But, most everyone, even a View panelist, is openly admitting the belated revelations likely “ends” any indictment of Trump. “Whatever gods are scripting America’s political drama these days, they sure do have a sense of humor,” the WSJ marvels. “Not even George Santos could make up this plot twist.”

Sure, CNN cited a solitary anonymous source insisting Mr. Biden “didn’t know the documents were” there there &, suggests there were only a baker’s dozen compared to the many Trump argued he should keep as a former Commander in Chief. But notes the WSJ, the embarrassing 10 were “classified above Top Secret” & even CNN says they had something to do with, dare we say, Ukraine & Iran? “None of this is to say Mr. Biden should be prosecuted,” the WSJ editors caution, but this latest fiasco “certainly does bear on whether Justice can fairly prosecute Mr. Trump for similar mishandling.”
