CNN Disgust With Joe’s Botched FAFSA

Even Swamp’s mouthpiece CNN was disgusted by gov’t’s “botched” rollout of this year’s “chaos plagued” financial aid process for colleges. What next? Locusts rather than antisemitic swarms on campus quads? Go ahead, make Joe's day & blame him ...

The CNN story explained Joe Biden’s unlikely involvement this way: “The already stressful college admissions process was thrown into chaos this year by a botched bureaucratic upgrade. Hiccups & delays in the federal financial aid process have kept some high school seniors & current college students from getting aid packages from schools. The dirty secret of college tuition is that most people won’t end up paying full price, but the delays mean that many students have not yet received the real offers. Students can’t finalize plans if they don’t know how much things will cost. The meltdown occurred, IRONICALLY, because the government tried to make it easier to fill out the FAFSA – the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.”

“Ironically” my hind end. The blame, CNN goes on to suggest without having the guts to say so bluntly, falls on President Biden’s ignoring the Supreme Court’s dissing of his student debt forgiveness pandering plan & repeatedly trying to declare slightly different versions of the same legal albatross. The result, according to CNN’s education reporter, “To put it bluntly, the whole FAFSA process has been hit with delay after delay … leaving students & colleges in limbo” because the supposedly simplified forms for loans, grants & scholarships must be re-evaluated every time Joe opens his big mouth. Something about each type of financial aid being tied into one another. Oh, Joe didn’t know? Or, doesn’t care so long as it looks like he’s trying dog gone hard to buy kids’ votes before the election? So, You Want Some of This?
