Crt Saves Us From Joe’s Brazen SAVE Plan

Hardly a whimper came out of the White House or from its MSM allies, but Biden & Harris’ LAWLESS SAVE PLAN was struck down, as were previous attempts to “forgive” billions in student loans & fool gullible young voters at taxpayers’ expense.

As an indignant WSJ editorial board opined, “The Eighth Circuit blocks Biden’s latest student loan forgiveness scheme & calls out a refusal to honor a lower-court order.” Not only that, but in so forcing the appellate court’s hand, old Joe was called out for AGAIN trying to stick a finger in the Supreme Court’s eye by blowing off its earlier ruling for him to cut the crap & follow the Constitution’s Separate of Powers Clause, i.e., only Congress, not a presidential power grab, could forgive the loaning of taxpayers’ money. As the editors surmised, “The courts keep slapping down Biden Administration lawbreaking, not that the Harris or Trump campaigns seem to notice.”

The details of Joe’s SAVE nothing plan are irrelevant by now. But, notice that last dig at Mr. Trump who seems bent on turning the 2024 presidential race on Kamala’s “low IQ” rather than the issues that affect Americans’ lives. The editors remember that Mr. Biden had admitted the Supreme Court blocked his earliest attempts to pander to one voting block at the expense of another & promised “that [won’t] stop me.” And, good to his word, Joe keeps inventing new schemes to cancel debt as Kamala Harris “rides in the sidecar.” They ironically conclude: “The lawlessness is brazen here, but the press & the Trump campaign couldn’t care less.” Both sides seem too busy insulting one another to worry about this issue?
