Already, the WSJ notes, Dem mouthpieces are prepping legal challenges to Kennedy even getting on various state general election ballots in November, just like they helped challenges to Trump’s name appearing in the GOP’s own primary. Whatever playbook works for you but remember it can be a double-edged sword. As columnist Kim Strassel points out, the “Democrats may get bitten by [the] tactic they use to great effect in GOP primaries. That’s because, Strassel muses, “All’s fair in love & meddling.”

Left-wing groups are already working to block Mr. Kennedy from the ballot in key swing states, rolling out liberal legal titan Marc Elias to file complaints of campaign irregularities.” Well, they might, Strassel notes, as RFK Jr is showing double-digit support in many polls while “The public is as excited about a Joe Biden-Donald Trump rematch as they are about a septic repair.”
