Do TV Lawyers Know Right Foot From Left?

Fox op ed claims “The left’s favorite legal ‘analysts’ are almost always wrong” while right’s competitors are too shy about calling them out. Truth: Leftist ‘analysts’ may have JD but are mere propagandists & Cons con us too.

Writes Hugh Hewitt: “Legal commentators from the left are … much more likely to be egregiously, repeatedly & loudly wrong in their ‘analysis.’” True perhaps, but why can’t their conservative counterparts just come out & say it: The Lefties aren’t “analysts” at all, but progressive mouth pieces who are paid to fan various political agendas on the likes of CNN, MSNBC and so on. Meanwhile, their “conservative” competition on, e.g., Fox easily make a meal (aka pay check) pointing out the imbecility of many of those patently wrong declarations ... & don’t want to do anything to lose their meal ticket.

But, even this exposed symbiotic relationship among so-called left & right TV legal beagles arguably masks yet an even deeper truth: Under English & American jurisprudence, let alone Constitutional law, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS RIGHT OR LEFT LAW, as Mr. Hewitt suggests. The statutory & case law is SUPPOSED (aka DESIGNED) to be neutral, based on logic, common sense, democratic principles, the public good & the ruling precedents explaining it all to the people, academic jack asses, political hacks, media foghorns & legal ambulance chasers out there who would try to butcher this sacred system of jurisprudence to selfishly further their own agendas.
