Does It Take Rhodes Scholar To Fix Joe’s Border Crisis?

Senator John Neely Kennedy told Fox that “instead of begging” for volunteers to fix the border crisis his Obama-ish policies have created, President Biden could solve the dilemma “in a week” if he’d just go back to Donald Trump’s immigration policies that worked for 4 years.

But, will Biden take the proverbial knee suggested by the Rhodes Scholar who at times affects a Gomer Pile accent to drive home how stupid “leaders” in the DC Swamp (other than himself) can be? How can Mr. Biden admit the “evil” orange head was right on anything? On the other hand, he could call his predecessor all the names he wants, yet do good by doing nothing as he so far has been doing with the Trump China tariffs, at least, according to the WSJ’s “U.S. Not Ready to Lift China Tariffs.”

Indeed, Biden’s Trade Representative, Katherine Tai sounded oh so Trumpian when she nixed lifting The Donald’s tariffs on Chinese imports “in the near future” while suggesting she “might be open to trade negotiations with Beijing.” For that matter, that “walk softly, carry a big stick” diplomatic tact also sounds familiar when recalling Mr. Trump’s dealings with North Korea.
