FBI’s Wray Just Aghast At Cop Ambush Murders?
FBI Director Wray finally conceded on 60 Minutes that violence directed at police officers, especially by bush wackers, is “unlike anything” he’s ever seen as 73 cops were murdered in 2021. The rising Black murder rate ain't so hot, either.
As Fox News noted, “murders of police officers rose 59%” while the overall murder rate rose 29%. “Violence against law enforcement in this country is one of the biggest phenomena that I think doesn’t get enough attention,” as he also noted officers in the line of duty are being murdered at a rate of “one every five days … Wearing a badge shouldn’t make you a target.” You think? About time someone in Bidenland said the obvious?
Meanwhile, Fox called out “companies that loudly supported BLM [but now] fall silent when [similarly] confronted with skyrocketing Black murders. It's a related “phenomenon” the newspaper attributes to the left’s “defund the police” movement: “Corporate voices boomed across the nation in support of Black Lives Matter & various social justice initiatives following the death of George Floyd in 2020. Nearly 2 years later, what was left in the wake of 2020 was a drastic spike in Black murders with experts pinning blame on the BLM & defund the police movements.” Comment Director Wray?
