Freedom Convoy Beats Trudy 2 Free Ride At Mar a Lago

Canada's PM Trudeau, who wore black face at an Arabian Nights party, had the chutzpah to call the massive Freedom Convoy of truckers protesting his Covid policies a “fringe minority” wearing “tinfoil hats”.

You may recall the protest began on Jan 23 after Trudeau refused to let truckers cross the US border unless vaccinated. The convoy hit the road from Vancouver, grew exponentially, & wound up blocking traffic in Ottawa around Parliament Hill. The car snarl really set off Trudeau, but he stopped short of saying the protesters were like the peaceful demonstrators burning down American businesses. Instead, as police arrested a whopping two trouble makers in the convoy, he calmly noted: “This fringe minority … [are spreading] … disinformation and misinformation online, conspiracy theorists, about microchips, about God knows what else that go with their tinfoil hats.”

A bit more eloquently, Fox News says the thousands of protesters are merely and peacefully arguing “Trudeau and other leaders worldwide – including in the U.S. – are abusing government authority with heavy-handed vaccine mandates.” Republicans in Congress, Tesla’s Elon Musk & former U.S. President Donald Trump have voiced their “support” of the Canadian truckers, although No. 45 stopped short of offering them a free ride if they mosey on down for a weekend at Mar a Lago after finishing with Trudy.
