GOP Wakes Up To Dems Woke Use Of Courts To Rule?

Did Obama’s “wing man” Eric Holder & Dem AGs really think the political opposition was going to let them have all the fun? Not in the end, we learn from Fox’s “GOP AGs bring barrage of suits against Biden in first 100 days, after Dems touted litigation against Trump.” Among other things, the Republican AGs have already challenged the Dems’ Covid ban on state tax cuts, their eased deportations of illegal aliens convicted of crimes, & Biden’s EO revoking the Keystone Pipeline permit.

As Fox News noted, the “effort comes after years of Democrat AGs consistently taking former President Trump to court, occasionally bringing cases all the way to the Supreme Court. In fact, the cable news channel said, “Health & Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, who was the California AG during Trump’s term, celebrated filing his 100th lawsuit against the Trump administration last August.” Now, it’s the GOP’s turn. Explained Missouri AG Eric Schmitt: “Joe Biden campaigned as a moderate but has ruled as a radical progressive, pursuing policies that are detrimental to our economy, border security, religious liberty & jobs.” Added Arkansas AG, Leslie Rutledge, “Under President Biden, the federal government has … sidestepped the legal process to enact their own radical agenda.”

So, Bunky, what did you think President Obama meant when he said he would rule with “pen and phone”; that is, use the COURTS as well as the federal bureaucracy to circumvent the then-GOP controlled Congress? It was a wake up call, no? About time the loyal opposition and independents woke up?
