Harris’ Belated Border Sleepover No Giggling Matter

So, after 3 months being named Biden’s “Immigration Czar” VP Kamala Harris is finally taking her giggling act to the border? But, why now since Ms. Harris already called any border visit a meaningless “Grand Gesture” when called out for it by the few honest MSM reporters left? (She’s insisted she’s had better things to do like addressing the “core problems”, whatever they are & even though they might take decades to pull off.) Is it because former-President Donald Trump announced he’s thrown his hat in the race to beat her to the next photo op at the wall he built? Or, because the polls show most Americans think the unraveling border under Joe’s watch is a real “crisis”?

Let’s consider what the White House says about the VP’s upcoming sleep over, i.e., it is now the “appropriate time” for Biden’s fixer to see what she’s supposed to be fixing since January. Of course, it makes no sense. The crisis is worse, not better, since Harris was supposedly brainstorming with corrupt foreign officials via remote face time talks. But, then, another head scratcher was Biden’s re-opening the border willy nilly after Mr. Trump had gotten a handle on it simply by turning off the welfare state incentives spigot; that is, mere pretending to solve the problem – or, making it worse --- doesn’t make sense, unless YOUR GOAL IS TO HAVE THOUSANDS MORE ILLEGALS POUR INTO THE US before the next election.

In short, Mr. Biden & Ms. Harris don’t seem to be on the same page. No small worry for Mr. Biden when his Czar gets to the border may be her outrageous giggling as well as garbled messaging every time she’s confronted with a tough question & tries to blow it off ala POTUS. What if a reporter from Oaxaca simply asks, “why did it take so long to come see the crisis at our border?” & Harris giggles, then, insists as usual, “it hasn’t been a crisis until now … and, you know, I’ve been kinda busy talking to other leaders on how to solve the crisis the prior Administration stuck us with”? A wanna-be immigrant might not know whether to laugh or cry.
