Talk about “losers” and “lost causes,” talk about Hunter Biden suing the IRS for alleged breach of privacy … after Son of Joe made millions for self & fam peddling VP’s “brand”, got a Ukrainian prosecutor fired for investigation of him & flew to China with Dad & returned with $$$ for no one knows what ....

You think the judge is gonna weep for Hunter, who btw has been reputedly (& for some odd reason) a trusted advisor to the current POTUS, under these well-established circumstances? What about “the privacy laws” he says should be applied equally” to everyone, ESPECIALLY TO HIMSELF? Never mind the well-established precedents undercutting if not cutting off the privacy one liner. If Hunter isn’t a “public figure” by now, no one is. Moreover, when a whistleblower exposes a potential crime and/or the IRS is testifying before Congress about it, is there any realistic legal theory Hunter can hide behind? Then, there’s (admittedly) the vulture media that showed no mercy to Donald Trump’s family in the past for allegedly real or patently imagined missteps …

Yet, never mind all that foolishness. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD A LAWYER AND CLIENT WITH A SHRED OF COMPETENCE SUE IN SEPTEMBER TO STOP THE EMBARASSING PUBLICITY IN OCTOBRER, THEREBY GUARANTEEING MORE PUBLICITY THAN EVER BEFORE, up to & until the next presidential election in 2024?
