Implicit Bias Bluntly Bitches Med Pros

Refusing to admit she’s a “racist” with “implicit bias” allegedly cost a Texas nurse her job as states & medical institutions are forcing staffers to make woke mia culpas as a condition to you know what. Med pros aren’t alone.

The WSJ opinion piece written by Laura Morgan complained: “I was fired from my nursing job this year for refusing to take ‘implicit bias training’. After 39 years of providing equal care to all my patients without regard to their race, I objected to a mandatory course grounded in the idea that I’m racist because I’m white. I fear every healthcare professional will soon be forced to make the same awful decision I did: Falsely admit to being racist or abandon the medical field.”

But, Laura, such woke indoctrinations have been spreading for years now and throughout our society after being planted in our academic institutions by so-called radical “thought leaders”. The idealistic manure germinated quiet enough for a spell, but then the New York Times & allied MSM eventually cross-fertilized the coastal elites & other “celebrities” until a large swath of Corporate America was inoculated by it as well. When politicians and non-profits saw how lucrative the rewriting of history could be for themselves, they jumped on the bandwagon. I know. “White privilege” training, e.g., was required by a DC faith-based charity I had joined & I frankly couldn’t believe my ears at the “loving” finger pointing I was subjected to, all the while being based on a delusional historical accounting of my white family’s multi-generational battle to survive let alone earn the American Dream. What’s that about “Glass Houses”?
