Is Trump’s America 1st Back To Biden’s EU 1st Trope?

So, maybe Trump’s foreign policies were more popular in the world than Joe & his Swamp allies thought? Could it turn out that the Euros related somewhat even to Mr. Trump’s America First slogan, thinking it ripped off their own “European Union First” slogan?

Commentator Walter Mead suggested as much in his WSJ piece, “Biden’s Rough Start With the World.” In fact, Mr. Meade thought, “This has been one of the shortest & coldest diplomatic honeymoons on record.” Indeed, “less than a month into Joe Biden’s presidency, and his administration is already engaged in spats with China, Russia & Iran. Three blind mice that were eaten by Alley Cat Trump since 2016. It is also discovering that U.S. allies are not quite as happy with Mr. Biden’s Feb. 4 announcement that “America is back” as many Democrats might have hoped.”

“Retournez Quoi?” the Euros must be muttering. Back to Obama’s foolish military policy that helped ISIS take over huge swaths of the Middle East? Back to a global economy that stagnated until 2016? Did anyone at the WH notice that France’s President Macron even “denounced the importation of U.S.-academic and cultural wokeness as a threat to the French way of life, while pragmatists on the Continent are pushing to strengthen economic relations with Russia & China” whilst ignoring human rights abuses there? The Paris Climate Accord mania notwithstanding, how long will it be before the Brits denounce Joe’s Green New Deal for its ungodly costs?
