Israel-Iran Conflict Turns On Salt?

The Law of Escalating Conflict suggests to either ignore or to respond to an opponent’s attack invariably leads to never ending one upmanship until either runs out of ammo … or hope. Think Iran could keep playing this game without a nuke program?

As Lincoln said during the American Civil War, two sides invoking God’s will (as now in the Middle East) cannot both be right. So perhaps it is with the critics of Israel who are saying it must counter Iran’s failed missile & drone attack or invite further attacks, while opposite critics like Joe Biden tell Netty he should “take the win” & do nothing if he wants to avoid further strife, citing the several Arab nations who are so far sitting on the sidelines, if not letting Israel “win.”

While both can’t be right per Abe, what if both are wrong? What if the real long run roadblock to Middle East peace is Iran’s nuclear development hopes? Many in the Arab world are showing they don’t relish the thought of Iran as a regional let alone nuclear power. If so, what really happens to the Law of Escalating Conflict in today’s mess if Iran’s nuclear hope was somehow, if not Biblically, turned into salt?
