Joe Forgets 25th Amend Trumps Joe?

The Special Counsel exonerated Biden from federal prosecution, although adding he “intentionally” broke national security laws by keeping classified docs in his garage. Something about he’s a kind & forgetful old fart whom a jury wouldn’t convict because he’s a kind if forgetful old fart. Yet, as the WSJ editorial board noted, the POLITICAL fallout for Biden from the report is devastating. The key quotes from Hur: “Mr. Biden’s recorded conversations with [his biop ghost writer] from 2017 are often painfully slow, with Mr. Biden struggling to remember events & straining at times to read & relay his own notebook entries … In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden’s memory was worse. He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (‘if it was 2013 – when did I stop being Vice President?’), & forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (‘in 2009, am I still Vice President?’). He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died. And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him.”

It's hard to see how Joe can politically survive such a brutal public portrayal. Perhaps that explains why he immediately called in reporters (a RARE occurrence) to vehemently deny his memory was anything but “fine” … then, mixed up the presidents of Mexico & Egypt. Does he even recall the calls for Trump’s disqualification under the 25th Amendment? They say a senile person’s memory problems get more persistent & will begin to affect everyday life. As the editors concluded: “If Mr. Biden is that forgetful [now], how can he fulfill his presidential duties for another 4 years? Democrats have some hard thinking to do about his candidacy.”
