Joe Scofflaw Biden & Co. Scorched

Latest criminal charges by Dem DAs against Trump to be thrown out relate to those in Ga, but does public fully understand the scofflaw Biden Administration also being repeatedly chastised by appeals courts?

The WSJ’s editorial board reminded us in its “All the President’s Legal Defeats”, in which they list the many “Biden agencies that keep violating the law & losing in court.” The short of it is that “President Biden considers himself a law-abiding fellow … But when it comes to living within the law as established by Congress, his Administration is the most lawless in long memory.” That’s a pretty damning assessment & might make one wonder if the editors have an ax to grind, that is, until you see the list:

-- The Federal Communications Commission tried to unilaterally classify broadband providers as common carriers & thereby subject to its regulation.

-- The Department of Education’s $400 billion student loan forgiveness fiat was stomped on by the US Supreme Ct, although Biden “boasted the Court couldn’t stop him” in coming up with its SAVE plan, which has been enjoined as well by the 8th Circuit

-- Six federal judges this year alone have blocked a new Title IX nondiscrimination rule that mandates a redefining of “sex” so as to include gender identity from going into effect in 26 states.

-- The Environmental Protection Agency’s “Clean Power Plan” was also vacated by the Supremes because it’s based on an ancient law that it says gives it a “transformative expansion in its regulatory authority.

There are other examples cited. But, have you ever seen such disrespect for Congress’s Constitutional prerogatives?
