Just The Facts, Did Joe Shake Invisible Man’s Hand?

President Biden reportedly told Barack Obama he’ll run again in 2024, provided he’s still alive. But, without being too facetious, for all we know, No. 46 was telling No. 44 he was planning on taking up jogging again after he leaves the White House for a well-deserved stay at Shady Rest. Where is Politifact when you need it?

Btw. THREE WHOLE YEARS left in his presidency, what else was Joe going to tell Barack or anyone else? Especially after apparently trying to shake The Invisible Man’s hand after a speech in North Carolina. Needless to say, it went viral. The liberal “fact checker,” Politifact, hurriedly took to Twitter to maintain “Biden was gesturing towards his audience, not shaking hands with ‘thin air’”. Yet, Politifact itself was roundly mocked, e.g., by National Review’s Jeff Blehar who tweeted in response: “A lot of huffing & puffing in this thread but my lying eyes tell me Joe Biden tried to shake hands with the air (a person he expected to be there [per dummy card’s direction?] but wasn’t; a hapless missed cue.) How interesting is it that Politifact writes this ‘debunking’ but…never links to the clip.”

Whatever. It just would be nice to know if Joe can still walk let alone “run” through the rose garden without a Politifact explaining the facts.
