Justices Hold Real Power Rads Wish For?

As Dems bitch Reps won’t admit Jan 6 Capitol riot was a serious assault on democracy, WSJ asks why “Dems appear to have a 2B standard” about the “Assault on the Sup Ct” & protecting Justice K? House FINALLY passes Senate bill funding protection BUT 27 Dems vote No? How?

Past time to clear the air for everyone? As the editorial board noted: “Jan. 6 was an assault on the transfer of presidential power & Congress’s duty to certify the Electoral College votes under the Constitution. But, what about the growing threat to the third branch of democratic government, the Supreme Court, & especially the seeming nonchalance toward last week’s arrest of an armed man outside the home of Justice Kavanaugh?”

MSM pubs like the New York Times “buried the story” while President Biden tellingly sTILL hasn’t bothered to comment on the outrage. Meanwhile, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi continued to sit on the legislation that would have immediately funded extra protection for the Justices. Again, why? The WSJ didn’t quite answer it’s own Q. Could it be these progressives think it’s easier to intimidate a handful of Justices to advance their agendas than hundreds of politicians in Congress? If so, they might sadly be mistaken as the duty-bound Justices themselves really DO hold the legal power they only wished they had.
