Justices To Rule On Biden’s ‘Vax Or Get Fired’ Order

President Biden keeps insisting his “workaround” Congress via OSHA to force workers to get vaccinated or fired is “legal” & he’s right if the 6th Circuit Appeals Crt is upheld in upholding him his illegal gambit … but wait, the US Supreme Court says it'll make the call on whether to let OSHA rewrite the law.

As the WSJ noted, the appellate court “rescued the [Biden] mandate by deferring to the Administration” on “emergency orders to protect workers from “grave dangers.” Never mind OSHA did nothing about the supposed “emergency” for over a year, can’t define the emergency really, and haven’t a clue as to when it will end, if ever. There happens to be something called the Constitution & the question is “whether OSHA acted within the law as written by Congress.” And, it “certainly” did not as most unbiased experts read the law.

Ironically, if we simply “follow the science,” and the government’s own data, “the death rate for unvaccinated people between the ages of 18 and 29 is roughly equivalent to that of vaccinated persons between 50 and 64.” As such and in the least, the law we thought Congress had enacted “obliges OSHA … to consider more tailored alternatives and it did not” delegate such sweeping authority to Joe and Co. Moreover, the Supreme Court’s “major questions doctrine” says Congress must ‘speak clearly if it wishes to assign to an agency decisions of vast “economic and political significance.”’ So, will the Supremes blink, ignore their Constitution Law 101 seminar and trash centuries of precedent behind the “delegation” and “major questions” doctrines?
