LA Convicts & DA Deserve Shady Rest?

As LA DA Gascon slaps another drunk teen on wrist, this time, for mowing down mom & infant without killing them, he’s told by state’s appeals crt in another case he can’t ignore state’s 3 Strikes Law. Hello RECALL VOTE?

First the goofy 5-month probation camp sentence for the teen convicted of what most reasonable folks would say was first degree manslaughter if not attempted murder because, as the DA’s woke PR staff explained, juvenile justice is meant to “rehabilitate young people.” Any one for PROTECTING SOCIETY AS WELL AS YOU KNOW WHO? You think 5 months in a shrink infested camp is going to rehab this 16-year-old who, according to multiple videos cited by Fox News, “show his car veering the wrong way down a narrow backstreet with no sidewalks,” then, fleeing the scene? Wonder why Mr. Gascon is now facing a SECOND recall effort?

Just days earlier, a California appeals court upheld a trial judge’s injunction against Gascon’s infamous manifesto, or what he calls “directive,” NOT to charge violent offenders who repeatedly do violent things to folks because, after all, he feels the law should be about rehabbing criminals not incarcerating them … or, God forbid, giving the chronically deranged stiffer prison sentences. Does DA Gascon himself deserve a stay at Shady Rest? Will voters ever accommodate him?
