Marathon Madness As Boston Bomber Gets Covid $$$

The mysterious side to radical progressivism was laid bare in Fox’s report on the Boston Marathon bomber who prosecutors say should give $1,400 in Covid “relief” money he got to his 283 victims. It was Biden, Senate Dems & their 2021 American Rescue Plan that made the windfall possible for all convicted murderers … after a GOP effort to block it failed in a party-line 49-50 vote.

Back when the ARP was debated, progressives like Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin, argued Covid relief monies should be made available to any murderer, even 28-yr-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev who was responsible for killing 3, wounding 280, when his (and his dead older brother’s) pressure cooker bomb exploded at the 2013 Boston Marathon. Sen. Durbin said the convicts’ families and esp. their innocent yet destitute kids might be hurt. Mr. Tsarnaev never married, however, and has fathered no known children as he awaits news from the U.S. Supreme Court as to whether he’ll be subject to the death penalty.

According to court filings, Mr. Tsarnaev has “so far paid only $2,202.03 of the more than $101 million in restitution to his victims” families as ordered previously by the trial court.
