MSM Most (Dis)trusted Name in America

A report says MSM coverage of the Trump-Harris. Presidential race is the “most lopsided in history,” with 85% negative for Trump & 78% favorable for Harris. And, you wonder why so few now trust the media?

The analysis from the Media Research Center published this week is startling in that it focused on the ABC, CBS & NBC News networks. According to MRC analysts quoted by their primary competitor, Fox News: “The difference in coverage between the two candidates is far greater than in 2016, when both Trump & then-challenger Hillary Clinton received mostly negative coverage; that is, 91% negative for Trump & 79% negative for Clinton.

You can’t make this garbage (Hinchliffe & Biden pun intended) up. But, the average American didn’t need MRC to tell them about the obvious. That’s why Gallup polling reported that news media is now the “least trusted group among 10 US civic and political institutions.” As noted by Fox, it’s the third year in a row in which faith in these key networks has declined precipitously from a 1970’s approval high of 72%), with the latest bad news saying only 31% of those polled expressed a “great deal” or “fair amount” of faith in the media to report news properly. Not surprisingly, 54% of Democrats still say they have a “great or fair deal” of trust in the media. Maybe the MSM’s anti-Trump bias & liberal cult among its staffers has something to do with that factoid?
