MSNBC’s Mad Maddow Redeemable?

So, Rachel Maddow’s reduced workload for MSNBC is still hurting CNN’s rival in left leaning fake news & even ratings, as Fox says “glorified understudy” Alex Wagner is tanking in her demo? A waste of talent?

Make no mistake, Ms. Maddow was successful in driving MSNBC prime time ratings during the Trump presidency as she relentlessly hawked the debunked Clinton Russian Collusion Conspiracy Theory & endlessly lauded the two resulting but failed impeachments of No. 45. Apparently tired of her Trump Tirades if not the $30 million salary she was getting, Maddow insisted on only working Mondays … and ever since, Fox says, even “her [own] ratings are dropping ”… “as Alex Wagner has failed to fill the massive hole the network’s biggest star created” in the key 9 p.m. M-F slot.

In short, with Mr. Trump no longer president and available to critique, MSNBC has lost much of its audience, which had loved Maddow’s own "loathing" of the man. What a waste of talent. She’s obviously smart, articulate and persuasive. If only Maddow tried returning to Old School Journalism and recommitted to giving a more balanced, fair & accurate accounting of the news, she might yet be redeemable in the eyes of her own critics …
