New Law Fare & DOGE’s War of Attrition

It’s obvious from recent rulings by blue state judges that there’s a new version of law fare taking place to stop Trump & DOGE from uncovering gov’t fraud & waste. Judge shopping to file imaginary damages that haven’t happened is a field. But, wasn’t this expected?

Elon Musk expressed shock at the “insane” rulings that block him & his DOGE team from getting the information needed to stop fraud “in the first place.” Yet, Elon surely is a veteran of legal warfare against his businesses & therefore knows how long these battles can drag on. And, that’s the whole point of the new lawfare, i.e., to stall the exposure of fraud & waste, at least, until Deep State insiders can somehow get rid of the evidence. Bill Mitchell recently wrote that “SCOTUS needs to fast track this BS.” And, I agree, a majority of Justices will overturn the obstructionist trial judges. But, be forewarned again, part of the law fare that Joe Biden et al engaged in was to take whatever negative SCOTUS ruling they got & pretend it called for the opposite, thereby necessitating another round of Bill’s BS.

For the above reasons that should have been anticipated, the process of culling out incompetents or fraudsters from US gov’t service is necessarily going to take time. So will culling out fraud & waste on the army of “consultants” (including lawyers) Uncle Sam now employs. Perhaps Trump & Musk did realize this reality & that’s why they tried moving so fast. But, now they must adjust their business strategy to reflect this legal reality. For one thing, there are plenty of judges in red states that know what their blue state colleagues are up to. Use them. Also consider doing what Team Biden did for 4 years: Amend your game plan, slightly if necessary, so you can more safely continue doing your job while seemingly complying with the creepy judges. In any case, it’s going to be a Deep State vs Deep DOGE war of attrition. Ask Reagan.
