No Secret Bummed Silent Majority Wants Trump’s Promises Made 2 Be Promises Kept

Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld recently asked if there really was a “Silent Majority” anymore. After all, the national polls are showing a stiff to be running away with the 2020 presidential election. The pundit was specially bummed, ironically, by the deafening “silence” in non-response to the radical left’s taunting, rioting, cancel culture & PC insanity. He was basically calling normal folks out; suggesting it was their obligation to not let our Democracy be taken over by a bunch of privileged white Marxists, gangbangers & traffickers.

On a subsequent airing of “The Five”, Gutfeld acknowledged a flood of feedback from viewers basically reminding him that to speak out is to lose one’s privacy and invite Armageddon on family & friends as well as oneself. He noted how even many liberal “woke” folks have suffered summary job firings simply because they supposedly said something to offend the media's PC cops or even “innocently made the wrong hand gesture in public”. Gutfeld said he was told, “We CAN’T speak out.” The implication was that 2020’s election will be a repeat of 2016 after all. I dunno.

What I do know as a life-long Chicago transplant now living a decade in the DC Swamp, is that Middle America is seething at the Leftist crap that’s taken over the Democratic Party; one that FDR & JFK wouldn't recognize. They’d likely tell Greg to take a trip outside the Beltway (like I have a lot) & smell fresh air that doesn’t stink with Swamp gas. Not that Middle America & the Silent Majority are sheep like the big city Leftists who will vote for a given candidate just because they pander to them. Yet, Mr. Trump needs to remember how he got to the White House in the first place: By honestly telling folks exactly what he thought about the great future he’s promised & exactly how he’s going to still lead them there.
