Now Joe Has “Plan” For Infant Formula Crisis?
GOP Senators demand FDA address the baby formula shortage terrorizing American moms, but doesn’t Biden’s new mouthpiece saying the newest crisis is a “top priority” again reveal THERE IS NO “PLAN”?
Fox News reports that House Republicans Elise Stefanik & Ashley Hinson are demanding the FDA explain how the administration plans to solve the formula shortage. As Fox says, “The nation-wide supply of infant formula has decreased 40% since April, leaving parents of newborns frantic to find food to feed their babies.” Yet, failing to see the shortage coming is the real problem since there’s little the Biden brain trust can do that will have an immediate impact. As one mother said, “we need the infant formula NOW, not in weeks” or months. Of course, the Biden lockdowns helped trigger pipeline blockages and shortages in a panoply of industries; reliance on a faltering Communist China economy didn’t help. And, then, Abbott Labs, the maker of Similac, was hit with a contamination fiasco at one of its key plants, further exacerbating the problem.
Hinson & Stefanik “point to the infant formula shortage as ‘another example of how this Administration’s supply chain crisis is harming working families.’” Yet, here’s the real scary part: By new WH press sec Karine Jean-Pierre saying the infant formula crisis is a “top priority” without giving details, isn’t she’s dancing on never-ending “Joe has a plan” card?
