Open Season On 6-Yr-Olds In Progressive DA Land?

Do a Google search on “6-year old shot dead” then read Fox’s “SF father of murdered 6-year-old says DA’s policies led to ‘no accountability.’” And yet we have clown acts in DA offices like this insisting lib studies show various “no prosecution, no bail” policies “reduce recidivism.” Right. And, global hunger will be eradicated by not eating.

In the Fox News account, “San Francisco is ‘doomed’ with Chesa Boudin as DA, father of slain boy says. ‘He’s out of touch and dismissive.’” In this case, a 17-year-old Deshaune Lumpkin was tried as a juvenile & found guilty of murdering Jason Young’s child, but sentenced to only 8 years in jail, if he serves that. Young couldn’t believe the accused arbitrarily got away with so light a sentence or that DA Boudin wouldn’t push for trying him as the virtual adult he thought he was.

As Fox noted: “Critics have argued that Boudin, who is facing a recall, has not been aggressive enough in prosecuting crime, making SF less safe. The self-proclaimed progressive ran on reform promises & recently criticized liberal SF Mayor London Breed’s enhanced funding for law enforcement in parts of the city. “The police are doing their due diligence to try to solve these crimes, Young said. But, “the district attorney’s office is not willing to prosecute & hold these criminals accountable.”
