Opioid Imports A Mexican Addiction For Biden & Dems?

An incensed Tucker Carlson notes that in another era President Biden would be impeached for his refusal to protect the nation’s borders while building a wall around his vaca home, but where the Fox commentator may have scored the biggest insight is that Biden’s open border policies have killed “thousands” of Americans thanks to the resulting unfettered drug trafficking.

Tucker put it succinctly: “The Biden Administration tells you that their [open] border policy is ‘humane’ but it’s just the opposite [because] it has resulted in this country becoming flooded with fentanyl [manufactured in Mexico for export to the US] … and it’s resulted in the deaths of many thousands … of Americans.”

The stats back Tucker up. “The latest data from the CDC shows that drug overdose deaths in the US hit a new high, almost 100K deaths of American citizens during the 12-month period that ended in March of this year.” It’s a 30% increase in one year alone and rising. Concluded Tucker: “The role of the federal government is not to protect economic migrants from Haiti. It is not to improve the living standards in other countries. It is not to pack the electorate on behalf of a specific political party. It has only one role and one role alone. It is to protect American citizens.” Instead, Tucker suggested, the Biden team is “doing exactly the opposite” and enabling tens of thousands of new addictions to these highly addictive imported opioids.
