PRC’s Childish Policies Teach US Lesson

How ironic Communist China’s facing a massive demographic decline via its One Child policy & forced to pay parents to have more kids. Is the lesson for world’s democracies to run like the devil from its own regressive progressive policies?

“What a stunning reversal,” the WSJ editorial board exclaimed when reviewing the Communist country’s recent “stimulus” plan, a radical one at that, that includes a mention “Beijing is considering a monthly subsidy of around 800 yuan per child for a family’s second & third children.” We needn’t have been reminded, “For decades Beijing enforced a one-child policy that was ghastly in the way only an authoritarian regime can achieve.”

Yet, might we also consider the parallel dilemma now facing Western Civilization’s Free World on multiple fronts? That is, with all its “woke” mandates that sound good when supposedly based on “the science,” but in reality, turn out as boomerangs from hell? Think the disguised EV mandate before the technology was perfected & not a single public charging station existed. Think the “Green New Deal” that otherwise force fed the elimination of cheap fossil fuels, thereby triggering the worst inflation since Jimmy Carter’s “Zero-based accounting” era. Think the Biden Administration’s open border policies that flooded struggling U.S. cities with even more homelessness. Think heralding “diplomacy” as the supposed solution to the ambitions of tyrannical nations & terrorists, when all such Cretons understand is peace-loving democratic strength. Perhaps above all, think about America’s academic community that trashed its history as humanity’s “Last Best Hope,” despite its sometimes hypocritic past; and in return, giving us a divisive revisionist ideology that denies the heroic deaths of millions of patriots who, over the centuries, gave their last full measure of devotion to help make that original dream come true for millions of their comrades, in America as well as world-wide.
