Roe Waded To Hell & Back

The U.S. Supreme Court courageously put the absurd idea drummed up 50 years ago there's a constitutional right to abortion by overturning Roe v Wade, thereby putting the life and death issue back in the 50 states where it had resided since the founding of our nation. Without getting into the pro-life and pro-choice arguments that have ripped the conscience of this nation as it winked at millions of abortions since, perhaps the greatest achievement in the Dobbs v Jackson majority's decision sending Roe v Wade back to the hell it come from was that we no longer had to pretend to accept as The Rule of Law the worst legal opinion in U.S. history, i.e., since Dred Scott said slaves were less than human.
