In a separate article by Dan Henninger, the columnist said he is one of the multitude of folks unsuccessfully searching for rapid test kits at local drug stores and being told by retailers they have “no idea” when they’ll receive them. Meanwhile, yet another piece quotes a medical expert warning Mr. Biden’s promised production of 500M test kits by February “won’t be nearly enough.” What was that Napoleon who said was the key to a general’s victory on any battlefield? “La Vitesse!
