Sotomayor Delirious With “Absurd” Child Covid Claim?

Credit Washington Post for trying to be a real newspaper as it reamed Justice Sotomayor for her “false” Covid claim during the Biden vax mandate case that “over 100,000” kids are in “serious condition,” many on hospital ventilators, when even CDC admits truth is closer 3.5K & suggests few if any are on machines.

You wonder why some folks think the progressives on the U.S. Supreme Court like Obama-appointed Sotomayor make rulings based on their personal political agendas rather than reality let alone the “law”? In it’s “Pinocchio Test” usually applied to conservative pols, pundits and pubahs, Wa Po gave Sotomayor the highest rating, four Pinocchios, for her “absurdly high” number of serious child Covid cases and noting the obvious, “it’s important for Supreme Court justices to make rulings based on correct data.”

Without minimizing the concern over child welfare, CDC director Walensky on Sunday conceded in an interview with Fox News’ Bret Baer, “While pediatric hospitalizations are rising, they are still about 15-fold less than hospitalizations of our older age demographics.” To all Justices: Maybe follow the real law as well as the real science in Biden’s “Get Vaccinated or Get Fired” case?
