The Harvard & Boston Echo Chambers

It’s hard to feel for Harvard & other woke Ivy League universities that led the intelligentsia war against American Exceptionalism. Especially after Trump called them out for anti-Jewish hypocrisy & they kept up their hometown sanctuary city nonsense.
First the backdrop of President Trump’s ire with Harvard et al. George Washington University Law School Professor Jonathan Turley may have recently said it best for No. 47: “… For years, Harvard has purged conservatives from their campus while attacking free speech. Only 3 percent of faculty identify as conservative and less than 9 percent of the student body. That is more than an academic echo chamber. It is an academic sensory deprivation tank.”
One might wonder how such smart people could be so blind. Leave it to the WSJ to (perhaps unwittingly) supply a “follow the money” kind of clue in its story titled, “Boston at Risk of ‘Wealth Spiral’ as Harvard Fight Ripples Through Economy.” As the coverage notes, “Far beyond Harvard Yard, school is a major economic engine for the region.” I’ll bet. The symbiotic relationship between Harvard and Boston, which “proudly” advertises its Sanctuary City mantra, is no coincidence. They are financially as well as politically and academically tied together in knots. BOTH are not just mutual “echo chambers,” Professor, they are your Siamese sensory deprivation tanks.”
