Trump Need Be Great R/E Salesman Again

Home prices overseas & in top gouge US towns plummeting so mite “motto” for real estate folks no longer be “Location, Location, Location,” but “Patience, Discipline, Faith”? Are you also getting it Mr. Trump?

As you might have noticed, UK’s papers are going berserk warning of a coming real estate “crash” as US counterparts see such bad news being more limited to those areas in which home price inflation was unsustainable to begin with. As it happens, I’m thinking of buying a new home & the above reports suggest the need if not wisdom in having the patience & discipline to let events unfold naturally as well as have the faith that I’ll be rewarded by not jumping any gun.

It also makes me wonder if the new “Trinity” starting with “Faith” might help all of us in all life’s Qs … including No. 45 who wants to take up residence in the White House again. Didn’t Abe tell us “all God’s judgments are just” in the end? Mr. Trump was arguably his own worst enemy during 2020 campaign by jumping into fights with every Tom, Dick or Harry. On his current nation-wide “rally tour,” he’s demonstrating a better discipline in messaging he had lacked. He’s hammering home in measured beats not only how bad he thinks things are under No. 46, but how he would make them “great” again; and, he’s better at not wasting time on cheap shots at non-entities. Playing the “victim card” when addressing the DOJ’s unprecedented raid on Mar-a-Lago is understandable, if bringing up that 2020 defeat is not because it continues to be self-defeating. Now, the tough part: Can Trump hammer home an ability to “unite” the country where “angry” Biden failed to do as promised?
