Trump Won’t Nuke Terrorist Drug Cartels But

Trump’s fanciful idea of bombing Mexican cartel drug labs might have been far-fetched but IT IS TIME Reagan’s & Pope John Paul’s dream of ending their terror on the world ended, no? My horse for another great leader to help us?

Michael Waltz argues as much in a Fox op ed: “These cartels have been terrorizing our country for years by importing drugs & violence as well as playing a part in destabilizing our southern border.” Not that President Biden or DHS’s Mayorkas would have noticed after more than a year in office as they keep winking at existing law & pushing their open border policies. That 1,700-ft, air conditioned underground tunnel packed with drugs & running from Tijuana to San Diego was not the first such “in your face” disrespect the drug cartels have shown us. And it won’t be the last, unless SOMETHING is done to put them back in their jungle holes.

Not that it will be easy. But, it WILL require GREAT THOUGHT & ACTIVE LEADERSHIP. In my second historical trilogy novels on terrorists & drug cartels – Michael’s Cardinal Sin; Michael’s Original Sin and Michael’s Mortal Sin – I use my experience with 3 international law firms specializing in national defense issues to describe how they really do terrorize us. This trilogy, frankly, if subtly, pays homage to Pope John Paul II & President Reagan, who together fought a fierce “War on Drugs”, only to be gunned down withing days of one another, the Pope at the hands of a Bulgarian hit man with ties to the European drug cartels. Didn’t Goethe say something like, “Great men are like meteors, they flash across the sky consuming themselves, so that the path of others might be enlightened”? If not, call in the Air Force for help?
