UN’s Bad Actor Justifies Hamas Terror

UN chief Antonio Banderas, er, Guterres will go down in history as the worst terrorist enabler next to UK’s Neville Chamberlain as he suggests the Jewish state the UN helped create is guilty of war crimes rather than Hamas.

The WSJ’s editorial board sparred no punches on the UN Sec-Gen: “In the ever-expanding hall of shame for propagators of global disorder, prepare a special pedestal for UN’s Sec-Gen. His disgraceful remarks to the Security Council are an example of why the UN can’t be counted on to keep the peace anywhere. [His] comments amount to nothing less than an apologia for Hamas terrorists, despite a few thin caveats,” like Hamas’ vile attack on families “didn’t happen in a vacuum” … Lest anyone miss his point: ‘The Palestinian people have been subjected to 56 years of suffocating occupation. They have had their land steadily devoured by settlements & plagued by violence; their economy stifled; their people displaced & their homes demolished.’”

As the editors remind Mr. Gutless, it was the UN RESOLUTION PASSED IN 1947 THAT RECOMMENED THE PARTITION PLAN FOR PALESTINE THAT LED TO THE CREATION OF ISRAEL … MEANWHILE, FOR DECADES THE UN’S … REFUGEE AGENCY EXCLUSIVELY FOR PALESTINIANS HAS DISCOURAGED PERMNANENT RESETTLEMENT BY REFUGEES & RUNS SCHOOLS THAT TEACH CHILDREN ISRAELI TERRITORY BELONGS TO THEM … FAR WORSE, [THE TRUTH IS] CIVILIANS ARE DYING BECAUSE HAMAS DELIBERRATELY TARGETED ISRAELIS & NOW USES GAZANS AS HUMAN SHIELDS.” In short, Guterres’s reasoning is worse than Chamberlain’s leading up to WWII. The real message to “the world’s rogues … is that if you go on a killing spree, the UN will help justify your depredations.”
