Update: Covid-19 Vaccinating To Be Like Influenza’s?

So, the latest research suggests “vaccine makers may need to update shots” as the Covid-19 mutates, at least, according to the Wall Street Journal. Three new lab studies, we’re told, indicate the “immune response triggered by a Covid-19 infection or vaccination may be less effective in protecting” against the new coronavirus strain that emerged more than a month ago in South Africa. The short of it, if confirmed, is that “winning the global fight against the coronavirus pandemic could require repeated inoculations…to existing vaccines, similar to what is done for flu shots every year.”

And, what if the SA strain spreads rapidly across the U.S.? I’m sorry. But, how was such a “development” and possibility not expected from the get go? Poor layman Nous, why wouldn’t the medical community not assume the Covid virus would mutate in London (as it has) not to mention in South Africa…and would likely require constant updating ala cousin influenza?

And, where is Dr. Anthony Fauci with his “transparent BS” (going on a year now) to explain this latest sudden consternation? President Biden, after talking to the Good Doctor whom you said would continue to play a key role in fighting the Good Fight your predecessor “took too lightly”, YOUR (new, amended, latest) “plan” please.
