Global warming turning Earth into cinder is scary thought but scary reality is USA turning into bankrupt cinder like the UK thanks to its “Net-Zero Emissions Policy.” Va Gov tells Ca to shove its NZ gas edict where sun don’t shine…

As the WSJ’s editorial board noted: “Americans who fancy themselves net-zero climate advocates might want to take a look at Britain for a guide to the future. Household energy bills were expected to rise 40% this autumn, but on Friday the government regulator announced they’ll leap 80% in a single bound. This boost follows a 54% rise in April and brings the average household’s annual bill to [the equivalent of] $4,208 … For the ruling Tories, this is a political calamity.”

Net zero obsessions like this are also “ridiculous.” Or, so suggests Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin who vowed to undo his state’s net zero law adopted in 2021 ala California: “In an effort to turn Virginia into California, liberal politicians who previously ran our government sold Virginia out by subjecting Virginia drivers to California vehicle laws … Now, under that pact, Virginians will be forced to adopt the California law that prohibits the sale of gas and diesel-fueled vehicles” by 2035 … I am already at work to prevent this ridiculous … out of touch California … edict from being forced on Virginians.” If only Gov. Youngkin were Prime Minister of UK before it turns into a financial cinder block?
