WH Nags Bum Its MSM Spin Meisters

WH reporters are balking at “heat” from Team Biden bitching about stories suggesting old Joe looks like an old schmo? After 3 years of kissing Joe’s rear end Joe et al is galled by the galling MSM? What gall!

There was Biden campaign spokesman T.J. Ducklo reaming media outlets for time spent discussing the 81-yr-old president’s age & mental capacity, which was re-emphasized when Joe himself complained about the Special Counsel Hur report & pointedly criticized it for bringing up his son’s death during investigative interviews … when, in fact, it was a forgetful Joe who brought up the subject, not Hur. Then, WH Counsel spokesman Ian Sams sent a letter to the White House Correspondents’ Assn insisting news outlets were somehow “misreporting” Hur’s findings, including that Joe was a nice, but forgetful president who “willfully” mishandled classified documents, whether he remembers what he did or not.

As one White House reporter told Fox News, “They [in the WH] can spin away, but the special counsel broke the seal.” WHCA president Kelly O’Donnell also wasn’t impressed with the WH letter: “It is inappropriate for the WH to utilize internal pool distribution channels, primarily for logistics & the rapid sharing of need-to-know information, to disseminate generalized critiques of news coverage.” Is Joe finding his motto & mantra, “no one messes with a Biden” is no longer going to always positively influence even the progressive allies in the MSM?
